Police department recieved an anonymous notice about missing people. The only thing readable on it is unknown adress. Your job is to find out who's behind the mysterious note and what are the circumstances of a mysterious disappearance of drug cartel.

i cant move my cam around is that normal?
Nah that's an issue some of my friends got with it too, seems like it occurs on low-spec PCs. Gonna try to fix it.
